-The Antique Outboard Motor Club Inc. is a world-wide, non-profit organization devoted to people who are interested in antique outboards, their preservation and their restoration and they are celebrating 50 years!
-The event is expected to bring 200 boats to Lake Shipp.

Main Street Bartow Friday Fest · Bartow
-Main Street Bartow’s Friday Fest is a downtown Bartow block party featuring live music, vendor booths, children’s fun activities, great food, beer and other drinks.
-Also included is the Friday Fest Cruise-in Car Show with dash plaque awards for the first entrants.

Boktoberfest Plant Sale · Lake Wales
-Enjoy live entertainment, German food, craft beers, tree climbing and children’s activities.
-More than 40 VENDORS from across the state will offer a variety of plants for sale including orchids, palms, tropical fruits, Florida natives, ferns, bamboo, roses, heliconias, bromeliads, tillandsia air plants and lilies.

Lake Mirror Classic · Lakeland
-Considered one of the “must do” collector car shows in the southeastern United States.
-The display of more than 600 show vehicles on and surrounding the restored 1920’s, art deco-inspired Lake Mirror promenade in downtown Lakeland, Florida provides one of the most scenic venues in the country.
-In addition to attracting over 35,000 spectators, the Lake Mirror Classic draws top car collectors from the southeast and serves as a support event to the prestigious Amelia Island Concours d’Elegance.

-Friday features Frostproof High School alumni hosted at P & J’s Recreation, football game against Pahokee.
-Saturday includes Guided Walking tour of historic buildings in downtown Frostproof, Tour of Frostproof Historical Museum, Bounce houses, BBQ lunch and show by Lotela Gold.
-Sunday features reception at Frostproof Art League.

-Brick-or-Treat offers safe and family-friendly Halloween festivities in October.
-This spooky, kooky event features trick-or-treating along the Brick-or-Treat Trail, LEGO build activities, the largest LEGO jack-o-lantern in the world, a haunted scavenger hunt in Miniland U.S.A., Halloween-themed entertainment and an all-kids costume contest with “bricktastic” prizes!
