– With electrifying dance at its core, FLASHDANCE-THE MUSICAL tells the inspiring and unforgettable story of Alex Owens, a Pittsburgh steel mill welder by day and a bar dancer by night with dreams of one day becoming a professional performer.
– FLASHDANCE-THE MUSICAL features a score that includes the biggest hit songs from the movie, including the Academy Award-winning title song “Flashdance – What a Feeling,” “Maniac,” “Gloria,” “Manhunt,” and “I Love Rock & Roll.”

– Cesar Millan, star of the new television series Cesar 911 on NatGeo WILD and original host of the long-running hit series Dog Whisperer and Leader of the Pack will reveal the secrets of happier, healthier relationships between humans and their canine companions in his exciting live show!
– Joined by his famous four-legged companion, Junior, Cesar will share his philosophies and methods, then present examples via live demonstrations with multiple dogs.

– Join in a fun time of music in Central Park at this free community sing-along with music by local musicians.
– Arrive half an hour early to enjoy music provided by children from local public schools.

31st Annual Easter Egg Hunt · Haines City
– The Egg Hunt, for children 2-10 will be held at the Larry Parrish Baseball Complex on East Johnson Avenue.
– Children will be divided into age groups and will be collecting over 12,000 eggs. Golden eggs will be mixed into each age level that can be turned in for toys.

Cemetery Tour at Polk County History Center · Bartow
– Join the Polk County History Center on a walking tour of the Historic Oak Hill Cemetery in Bartow where many pioneer families are laid to rest, including Civil War veterans Jacob Summerlin and General Evander M. Law.

Lake Kissimmee State Park Special Events · Lake Wales
– Lake Kissimmee State Park features 15 miles of hiking and biking trails, 60 campsites, canoe and kayak rentals, segway tours, boat ramp and observation tower.
– Hop on down to Lake Kissimmee State Park and join us for our annual Easter egg hunt! Bring your own basket; over 1,000 eggs will be hidden. There will be prizes awarded to winners in each age group.

Florida Marine Raiders X-League Football · Lakeland
– The Marine Raiders will open their 2015 season with a home game on April 4th, taking on The Florida Tarpons.
– The mission of the Ultimate Indoor Football League is to provide fast paced, fan-friendly professional football at affordable prices.

– Easter morning worshippers will be offered free admission to Bok Tower Gardens from 6:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m. to experience the Gardens own sunrise service with the Lake Wales Chorale, bagpipes performance, live carillon performances and the sounds of the Celebration Brass Ensemble.
